We believe in a community where people can be seen, be heard, and be valued. Our mission is to support and foster our local region by advocating for Equality and Justice, Mental Health and Wellness, and Civic Empowerment. Through partnerships with local, like-minded organizations, we amplify the impacts being made in our communities.

To have a healthy community where people can be equally who they are, and can stand for what they believe, without reprove.

Core Values

Humility

We approach every situation, project, or cause with a mind to learn, a heart to care, and ears to listen. We do not know everything and will never be able to experience life through every perspective. We provide support for the people in our community through working for fairness and equal opportunity, knowing we are just a small piece of the puzzle.

Passion

Our core motivation is not the rewards we receive, nor the repercussions that we face. We have not experienced life in the same way, yet we all understand what it feels like to be invalidated. What keeps us engaged is seeing the positive changes in the communities that we serve while knowing there is more work to be done.

Stewardship 

We are good stewards of what we are given. Whether it be donations, resources, or time, we know these have value and we make the most impact for the greatest good. We strive to have outcomes that change lives. We manage expenses and maximize donor’s funds. We know ‘to whom much is given, much is required’, and we capitalize on that accountability.
